Martin was Group President & CEO of CBRE’s APAC/EMEA Advisory division with responsibility for circa US$2.5bn of revenues. He later became Chairman of the APAC/EMEA Advisory division and was a member of the CBRE Global Operating Committee before retiring at the end of 2020.
Martin has been directly involved in the completion of 30 M&A transactions (in the past 10 years) and has a wealth of experience and contacts within this sector of the market.
Martin was also instrumental in establishing CBRE’s first Real Estate Hedge Fund and interacting with the capital markets and investment teams.
