Alteration Earth PLC has been established as a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) with the objective of acquiring a company, business, project or asset in the clean technology and/or clean energy sectors.
The Company’s shares have been admitted to the Official List by way of a Standard Listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Company will utilise the substantial specialist experience of its management team, its strategic partnership with Gneiss Energy and their network and relationships to acquire a company or companies within the clean technology and/or clean energy sectors.
Strategy
The Company believes that the sustainable utilisation of the Earth’s resources and energy is a critical factor in the effective and efficient functioning of human society.
To realise the above, we will all need to make changes to the way we currently operate. These changes will in turn create opportunities for businesses, projects, and companies to meet this challenge.
It is the overarching strategy of the Company to acquire a company, business, project, or asset from the clean technology and/or clean energy sectors that can commercialise its services or products in the global transition to a more sustainable utilisation of the Earth’s resources and energy.
The Company intends to achieve its objective by utilising the substantial specialist experience of its management team and its strategic partnership with Gneiss Energy (which includes their extensive network and business relationships) to seek an asset that in whole or in part contributes to the global shift in the utilisation of the Earth’s resources and energy.
